Parador de Segovia

Modern, comfortable and extraordinary, the Parador de Segovia is located in one of Spain's most historic cities, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. The panoramic views from the hotel's guest rooms, dining room and outdoor swimming pool are a wonderful treat. At the Parador you will be able to take advantage of the heated swimming pool and seasonal swimming pool, tennis court and sauna. In addition, there is a convention center with several function rooms equipped for meetings and conferences. The Parador is also an ideal location for those who want to discover the many natural areas found in this Castile-León province.

Segovia is an extraordinary city with a fairy tale feel that you will love exploring. The aqueduct is the city's most emblematic sight and when lit up at night, it gives the entrance to the old town a dazzling majesty. Together with this jewel of Roman art, the Alcázar (fortress) is Segovia's most important structure. It is located outside the old quarter on a hill situated between the Eresma and Clamores rivers. Other must-sees include the beautiful cathedral in the center of town and the ancient medieval city walls. Along with Lugo and Ávila, Segovia is the only city whose walls remain complete.

The people, always warm and welcoming, sights and exquisite local cuisine of Segovia are enough to ensure that you will find yourself enveloped in a truly special atmosphere.

A great course just minutes from our Paradores, which can be enjoyed by amateurs and professionals alike, where the personality of its designer, the two-time Masters winner and captain of the victorious 2012 Ryder Cup team, shines through. Prepared for hosting major national and international competitions, it was built in accordance with the parameters and recommendations of the USGA (United States Golf Association).

Both its creation and its subsequent maintenance involve the most demanding environmental protection measures, under a strict environmental monitoring programme, with special care for the protected ulmus-laevis (white elm) in the area and selective planting of the tree and shrub species found there. It is flat and therefore easy to walk, with an extraordinary structure of six par 3s and five par 5s.
